The following books influenced the ideas and philosophy of Eudaimonia Habits. They are written by people I consider to be legends in the field of human flourishing, and are a great way to dive deeper into the realm of holistic well-being.

My thinking has changed over the years and will surely continue to change as I come across new information or simply re-think previously held beliefs.
